Summary/Abstract: In November 2021, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which the following: GEO no. 121/2021 on the establishment of certain measures at the level of the central public administration and for the modification and completion of certain normative acts; Decision of the President of the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania no. 564/2021 for the approval of the Norms on the regulation, recognition, approval or acceptance of the procedure of remote identification of the person using video means; Order of the Minister of Finance no. 1. 365/2021 for the approval of the Procedure for the use and operation of the national electronic invoice system RO e-Invoice, as well as for the receipt and download of the electronic invoice by the recipients of the electronic invoice issued in B2G relationship in the national electronic invoice system RO e-Invoice; GD No. 1.183/2021 on the extension of the state of alert on the territory of Romania as from 9 November 2021, as well as the establishment of the measures to be applied during this state of alert for the prevention and control of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, in November, several legislative acts were amended, among which: Law no. 295/2004 on the regime of arms and ammunition; Law no. 263/2010 on the unitary system of public pensions; GEO no. 41/2016 on the establishment of some simplification measures at the level of the central public administration and for the modification and completion of some normative acts; Law no. 7/1996 on land registry and real estate publication; Law no. 18/1991 on the land fund; Statute of the profession of lawyer, adopted by Decision no. 64/2011 of the Council of the National Union of Bar Associations of Romania. At the same time, the Civil Ruling no. 596/2018 of Bucharest Court of Appeal on the annulment of Article 70 of the Order of the Minister of Regional Development and Public Administration no. 1.895/2916 was published in the Official Gazette in November.
