Summary/Abstract: The author describes evolutional and planned changes in the field of organizational culture. Cultural transformation is explored on the basis of Brokers House WDM S.A. in the period of 5 years of its activity. The author uses the model of competing values and he presents changes in the culture of the organization mentioned above, indicating motives and defining consequences of these changes.
