Constructive destruction as an imperative of development on the example of investment company

Summary/Abstract: The author of this paper on the basis of case analysis of investment company and using J. Schumpeter concept of constructive destruction endeavors to translocate this idea on the field of the organization management. Considering constructive destruction as a specific way of generation innovations and the implementation of changes; he focuses on inspiring; steering and controlling processes of constructive destruction and the evaluation of the implementation of this concept. Such identification of the constructive destruction is reflected in the results of empirical research done among managers and employees of the investment company. It underlines mainly constructive conflict and offshore as signs of the implementation of this concept.
