Nepotism in the family company. Case study of the investment company

Summary/Abstract: On the basis of the case study of the investment company the author of this paper indicates ambivalent character of nepotism category in the family company. He describes the approach towards nepotism of family owners and hired employees as well as threats connected with nepotism in such a kind of company, leading to breaking up its stability. He also portrays advantages of nepotism, empowering family business.
