Summary/Abstract: Regarding the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (Judge Panel on the appeal in the interest of the law), three decisions of acceptance were issued regarding: Law No 119/1996 on civil status documents, the Code of Civil Procedure, the Civil Code and the Administrative Litigation Law No 554/2004; Framework Law No 153/2017 on the salaries of staff paid from public funds; GO No 64/2006 on the salaries and other rights of civil servants with special status in the penitentiary system and the Labour Code.
