Real aspects of the European Union cohesion in 2014-2020 – the case of Lower Silesia

Summary/Abstract: Cohesion Policy in 2014-2020 is realized in three dimensions: economic cohesion, social cohesion and territorial cohesion. The priority of cohesion policy is smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. The main target of cohesion policy is to reduce differences among regions. Lower Silesia Voivodeship in 2014-2020 has to reduce inner differences in the development level in economic, social and territorial dimension. The region aspires to create strong and cohesive unit, which could compete on the country and international level.
