Summary/Abstract: In February 2022, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which we mention: Order of the Minister of Education no. 3.106/2022 on the approval of the Framework Methodology for the organisation and conduct of the Bachelor's/Diploma and Dissertation examinations; GEO no. 9/2022 on the establishment of budgetary measures to support the small and medium-sized enterprises sector; Order of the President of the National Agency for Tax Administration no. No 179/2022 approving the model and content of forms 205 "Information return on withholding tax and gains/losses from investments, per income recipient" and 207 "Information return on withholding tax/tax borne by the income payer/exempt income, per non-resident income recipient"; Order of the Minister of Labour and Social Solidarity No 131/2022 approving the models of the application and the declaration on own responsibility provided for in Article 9(2) of the GEO no. 2/2022 on the establishment of some social protection measures for employees and other professional categories in the context of prohibition, suspension or limitation of economic activities, caused by the epidemiological situation generated by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, as well as amending and supplementing some normative acts. Moreover, in February, several legislative acts were amended, among which: Law no. 146/2021 on electronic monitoring in judicial and criminal enforcement proceedings; Order of the President of the National Tax Administration Agency no. 1.443/2019 on the procedures for the approval and selection of insolvency practitioners by the National Tax Administration Agency; GEO no. 158/2005 on social health insurance leave and allowances; Order of the Minister of Labour, Family and Social Protection and of the President of the National Institute of Statistics No 1.832/856/2011 on the approval of the Classification of Occupations in Romania - occupation level (six characters); GEO No 129/2021 on the implementation of the digital entry form in Romania. At the same time, in the Official Gazette of February was published the GD no. 171/2022 on the extension of the state of alert on the territory of Romania from 7 February 2022, as well as the establishment of measures to be applied during this state of alert to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
