Summary/Abstract: Further to the work carried out by the Constitutional Court, four decisions (exceptions/objections of unconstitutionality admitted) were published in March regarding: Law on the transfer of certain land from the public domain of the State under the administration of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and the concession of the National Railway Company "CFR" - S.A. to the public domain of Mures County; Law on the transfer of certain immovable property from the public domain of the State under the administration of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and the concession of the National Railway Company C.F.R. - S.A. in the public domain of the municipality of Brad and the municipalities of Şoimuş, Luncoiu de Jos, Vălişoara and Băiţa; Law amending and supplementing Article 229 of Law No 71/2011 on the implementation of Law No 287/2009 on Civil Code; GEO no. 192/2020 for amending and supplementing Law no. 55/2020 on some measures to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as for amending letter a) of art. 7 of Law no. 81/2018 on the regulation of telework activity.
