Summary/Abstract: On March 22, 2022 “The Jean Monnet Center of Excellence” at the University of Plovdiv hosted a discussion forum which attempted an initial interdisciplinary analysis of the impact of war in Ukraine on еuropean integration. The following article summarizes statements and follow-up comments made by the participants in the forum’s specialized panel, entitled: "Democracy, law and the rule of law, including prospects for EU enlargement, consolidation and positioning as a global factor for the stability of the geopolitical map of the world".
