Summary/Abstract: Regarding the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (Judge Panel on the appeal in the interest of the law), three decisions of acceptance were issued regarding: Law No. 188/2000 on bailiffs and the Code of Civil Procedure; GEO No. 27/2006 on the salaries and other rights of judges, prosecutors and other categories of personnel in the justice system; GEO No. 9/2017 on some budgetary measures in 2017, the extension of certain deadlines, as well as the amendment and completion of some normative acts, GEO no. 99/2016 on some measures for the salary of personnel paid from public funds, extension of some deadlines, as well as some fiscal-budgetary measures, GEO no. 83/2014 on the salary of personnel paid from public funds in 2015, as well as other measures in the field of public expenditure.
