Summary/Abstract: Further to the work carried out by the Constitutional Court, five decisions (exceptions/objections of unconstitutionality admitted) were published in December regarding: Law no. 241/2005 on preventing and combating tax evasion; Rules of the Chamber of Deputies; Law approving GEO no. 6/2016 on some measures for the enforcement of technical surveillance warrants ordered in criminal proceedings, as well as the provisions of Art. I, paragraph 1, second sentence, art. II, paragraph 1, art. IV, paragraph 1, third sentence and art. IV, paragraph 2, second sentence of GEO no. 6/2016; Law for the amendment of the Code of Civil Procedure; Law for the amendment of art. 6, para. (9) of the Law on Physical Education and Sport no. 69/2000.
