Summary/Abstract: The first part of the study analyzed the succession reserve of the surviving spouse, presenting the amount of the succession reserve of the surviving spouse, as well as imputation of the surviving spouse’s succession reserve. The present part of the study will analyze the special available quota of the surviving spouse and the sanction in case of exceeding the special available quota of the surviving spouse.
