"Интерактив на дистанте", or How the Russian language reacts to changes in education

Summary/Abstract: The Covid-19 era seriously affected the education in Russia, which was instantly reflected in the language. The author of this paper focuses on such words and phrases as дистантный, дистанционное/дистантное обучение/образование, дистант. The present article is devoted to semantic and stylistic modification of these didactic terms under the influence of the pandemic situation. The author uses the resources of the Russian National Corpus, materials of theoretical studies and various internet resources as a material.
