Binding Opinions as a Measure of Monument Care

Summary/Abstract: Binding opinions are a measure of renewal of cultural landmarks. They are issued by the bodies of state monument care on the basis of the written statement on the professional organization of State monument care - the National Monuments Institute. Based on the amendments to the Building Act, there were interventions in the legal regulation of administrative proceedings in the area of protection of monument care and the concept of the written statement of the National Monuments Institute .
