Summary/Abstract: Internal regulation is an essential feature of formal organization of public administration and public service, ie state services. The service prescription is issued in accordance with the State Service Act on service body. The service prescription must not be inconsistent with a law or a service regulation higher. The aim of the paper is to highlight the newly introduced possibility of reviewing service regulations by administrative courts.
