Summary/Abstract: Globalization has increased the impact of the global economy on prosperity in countries and the world, as well as on any economic entity that adapts to new business circumstances. Adaptation of business is a precondition for survival in an ever-increasing competitive environment. The world is facing the old challenges, but now they are observed from a different point of view. With the growth of the population, contact between different cultures is becoming more frequent. Today, it is becoming a challenge to find the right amount of balance between global norms and standards and local cultures, societies, and businesses. By unethical behavior and business short-sightedness, and by means of unethical business it is possible to upset the balance for the sake of the development of the global economy, and to make the company's business unsuccessful, i.e., to make it to deviate from the set goals. Sometimes corporations and businesses find and use legal gaps on the global level. Consequently, they create distrust in people and use human nature for their own financial benefit. Only those companies whose image of the future is based on good business ethics and socially responsible business will be able to operate and survive in the long run. The aim and purpose of this paper are to show the importance of business ethics and the impact of globalization on the success of the business corporation and also to indicate the possible undesirable business effects. This paper has analyzed the perception of business ethics and globalization and analyzed the results of research executed on 64 respondents on the respondent’s attitudes towards business ethics and globalization.
