Administration of evidence in the non-contentious administrative procedure from the perspective of the administrative procedure codification

Summary/Abstract: The absence of the evidence regulation and their means of administration in the non-contentious administrative procedure, makes the activity of the public authorities susceptible of committing some abuses. We believe that a regulation of evidence in the future Administrative Procedure Code is the solution to this problem. Thus, under the conditions of a clear, unitary regulation, the public administration authorities will be able to fulfill their mission.
