Summary/Abstract: The right to good administration is regulated by The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union in article 41. This is a corollary of the principles that the public administration works with. Some of these principles are regulated by the romanian legislation, others were established by the doctrine and jurisprudence. It is certain that these principles as components of the right to good administration, placed in a code, would help the public administration to keep up with the dynamics of administrative life and everyday life in general.
