The political responsibility of the "technocrat” government

Summary/Abstract: After the settlement of a "technocrat” Government in Romania, it became necessary to discuss the issue of its political responsibility. There were expressed some opinions regarding this matter, but only in media, as far as we know. Acording to them, a technocrat minister has no political responsibility, as well as the technocrat Government is not politically responsible. The purpose of our approach is to demonstrate by reference to the constitutiomal law and the legal provisions in the matter that a „technocrat” Government is politically responsible.
