Summary/Abstract: Organisational culture influences all activities in an organisation. It has an impact on employees' behaviour, communication, performance and motivation; it helps eliminate negative influences the organisation is exposed to, while promoting positive ones. It plays a key role in healthcare facilities. Consequently, this culture should be nurtured by the facilities' management.
