Summary/Abstract: Quality improvement has been studied as one of the main activities of quality management, which aims to achieve a result corresponding to the international standard ISO 9004:2000. This standard summarizes the world's leading practice for quality improvement in any organization. A model for continuous improvement of quality management systems (QMS) is presented. The role of the organization's management in QMR management is indicated; the responsibility of the management of the organization for the actions defining the vision, policy and strategic goals for quality; determining the necessary resources to achieve quality improvement; product creation and production processes; introduction of processes for identification, traceability, storage and means of control - internal and external auditing.
