Summary/Abstract: What do you want? This might seem an easy question, but is it so? We have asked and answered this question time and time again. Occasionally, the answer pops right up: “water”; “a job”; “freedom” - one word, one idea conveyed right away. But, once in a while the answer is not there. Why is that? Don’t we know what we want or aren’t we able to express it? Is it a self-assessment issue or a communication problem and how is this lack of clarity affecting our wellbeing? Aiming to shed some light on the above-mentioned questions, we have embarked both on a theoretical and practical journey. After looking at what previous researchers had discovered in this respect, we extracted and used what we considered to be the most valuable information and tools in our teacher-student activities.
