Summary/Abstract: Knowledge of business law is important, as this process aims to eliminate legal risks or a disadvantageous business as a result of a lack of knowledge of the legal rules which, through the right combination, allow an efficient business to develop. The natural development of trade has gradually made it necessary to draw up regulations governing its operation, and specific rules have been adopted in this area of activity.
