Summary/Abstract: The educational content model follows the goal of formation of complex cartographic literacy in the students specializing in "Primary School Pedagogy with a Foreign Language" and "Pre-School and Primary School Pedagogy" of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Trakia University - Stara Zagora. The model is based on the scientific achievements - cartographic and didactic, on the needs of pedagogical practice and the normative conditionality and the nature of the academic education of the students. The specifics of the educational content allow both the organization and the planning of two types of ways to study it – a modular- as a separate discipline and a diffuse - within the range of other disciplines.
