Summary/Abstract: Further to the work carried out by the Constitutional Court, two decisions (exceptions/objections of unconstitutionality admitted) were published in April regarding: Law no. 273/2004 on adoption procedure; Law supplementing the Law on land registry and real estate publicity no. 7/1996; Law approving GEO no. 160/2020 on the amendment and supplementing of GEO no. 22/1999 on the administration of ports and waterways, the use of shipping infrastructures belonging to the public domain, as well as the performance of shipping activities in ports and on inland waterways, and supplementing art. 25 para. (1) of the Competition Act No 21/1996.
