Summary/Abstract: Stimulating the pupil's creativity remains a major desideratum of the instructive-educational process that has been outlined since childhood and has been materialized in various forms during adolescence, a period specific to high school education. The achievement of this goal addresses several aspects such as the environment of the pupils class, the application of principles favorable to creativity, but especially the strategy chosen by the teacher, namely the way of organizing and combining the methods and means used. Depending on the path chosen, the instructive-educational process can either lead to the development of independent and creative thinking, or to the formation of stereotypical thinking. The teacher, in order to capitalize on the creative potential of the pupils, has to use active-participatory methods in teaching, with a focus on the development of critical and creative thinking. The bibliography specializes in and exemplifies a broad range of their series, highlighting the importance of using and group interactive methods. We aim to summarize some of these, with an emphasis and obvious interest in the method of case study, as a major point of interest of this research. All this is in constant correlation with the specific of the psycho-individual development of the high school student who aims and is at the basis of the formation of the creative personality.
