Summary/Abstract: This report aims to present the structure of the current regulatory framework regarding administrative services and the exchange of information in administrations. Within the framework of the analysis, the basic principles of e-governance and the possibilities of the Inter-Registry Data Exchange Environment (RegiX) for providing internal electronic services are considered. The focus is on the benefits for citizens, businesses and the state of transforming authentication services into internal administrative ones and changing the administrative service model.
