Summary/Abstract: An important factor in the protection of running a business is continuous action by the procedural bodies that conduct criminal proceedings to detect the perpetrators of economic crimes. In the daily work of the authorities of theprocedure, it is helpful to consider the factors influencing the effectiveness of the detection process. The following factors are presented in this article: forensic version and visual inspection to detect economic crime perpetrators.The aim of the article is to analyze the forensic aspects of economic crime from the point of view of the activities of the authorities conducting criminal proceedings. The present presentation will be presented with the help of factors influencing the effectiveness of criminal proceedings to detect the perpetrators of economic crimes, i.e., the forensic version and visual inspection in detectingeconomic crimes perpetrators. These factors should be understood as any activity of the proceedings authorities in the field of detecting perpetrators of economic crimes, affecting the effectiveness of further criminal proceedingsand the shape of a final judgment. The analysis of the criminal version and visual inspection in detectingthe perpetrators of economic crimes presented in this article are the most important aspects of their detection, both in terms of doctrine and utilitarianism. Incorrect and ineffective carrying out of inspections as well as non-observance of the rules of constructing criminalist versions directly affect the difficulties of evidence that may make it impossible to detect the perpetrator of the eponymous crimes during criminal proceedings.
