Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present qualitative research method, which is concentrated on analysis decisions of enforcement agencies. That analysis is concerned on forensic activity for example for conducting forensic evidence by inspection in killing cases. The presentation of the research issues will be analysed from the sequential stages of that inspection.
