No-respectible forensic tactics for inspection in the cases of killing, which may lead to apply for the institution of discontinuance of criminal procceding

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present tactical factors from forensic sciences, which are connected with parts of inspection in the cases of killings. No-respectible that factors may lead to apply institution of discontinuance of criminal procceding. Analysis is determined by own research studies of the court records 90 cases concerning the inspection in the cases of killings from the years 2000–2010. That factors were also presented by Professor Stanisław Pikulski in his academic achievement. He justifiably said that choosing forensic tactics for inspection in the cases of killing depends of specific place, which prosecutor or court inspect.
