Summary/Abstract: The experience of disaster and helplessness has turned the language of the Romanian people into a weapon of victory. It also successfully „guarded” the Romanian language in order not to take the course of the Greek or Slavonic languages: videlicet not to become an exclusive language, that of the scribes, a position that ultimately forced the latter, as in the case of Latin, to be extinguished, so that today they can be cataloged and studied as „dead languages”.
