The problem of construction and demolition waste management on the example of Lower Silesia

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the issue of construction and demolition waste management in the context of the possibility of waste recovery and re-use. Special attention was paid to the failure to enforce work on waste producers that is economically and environmentally legitimate and desirable. As an effective method to solve the described problem the author indicates the consistent use of legal and administrative instruments including environmental fee which are in compliance with the applicable regulations in the area of waste management.
