Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the problem of occupational health and safety in municipal waste management. It discusses the legal regulations governing the process and resultant obligations. The sources of financing the costs connected with waste management have been further presented along with the suggested solutions for legitimate organisational undertakings. According to the right principle of sustainable quality of life it has established that there is a direct relation between economical, ecological and social aspects of work as part of waste management.
