Summary/Abstract: Methods are ways of action, with the help of which students, under the guidance of the teacher or independently, acquire knowledge, form skills and abilities, aptitudes, attitudes. They represent the path or path that the teacher and students must follow in their activity in order to achieve the training objectives. The pedagogical efficiency, the development of the educational process as well as its results depend on the methods chosen by the teacher. Research by pedagogues Jean Piaget, J. S. Brunner, David P. Ausbel and Ioan Cerghit has shown that the use of different methods in the same teaching sequences lead to different results in the preparation of students. Knowing that the system of training methods is very rich and diversified, in the following lines we do not intend to classify them in relation to the source or source of knowledge, but to list some of the methods of developing creativity. The creative capacity develops and grows as it is used. It requires a creative application of the curriculum, a differentiated treatment of students, more responsibility and even more courage on the part of teachers. We are responsible for how we work to develop this side of our personality in our students, so that later they can cope more easily in difficult situations, to be better able to achieve superior performance. The flexibility of the curriculum by personalizing the education and focusing on the student of the didactic activity implies both a good knowledge of the student's development needs, according to which the educational approach is built, and the use of didactic strategies that engage all students and allow adequacy to their different learning needs and styles.
