Summary/Abstract: The concepts of crime, deviance and delinquency are defined in the specialty literature in a number of distinct ways and points of view. As a result, for a better understanding, they must be located in a certain particular social context (Bintube, M., 2017). As we will see in this study, the definitions and explanations in the literature depicting deviance, delinquency and crime refer to the behaviors and attitudes of individuals or human groups that deviate from social, moral and legal norms. Therefore, the main objective of this theoretical study is to try to define and analyze in a succinct way the characteristics of the concepts of deviance, delinquency and crime, and will finally establish the connections and differences that they are the basis of the three fundamental concepts in the spectrum of deviance.
