Summary/Abstract: Simultaneous education has once again become a topic of interest for public policy makers, for education policy specialists, for local and central authorities and of course for teachers. Maintain a fair balance between classroom learning and homework through additional homework and hands-on activities. This is extremely important, especially if we take into account the fact that, in general, the parents of children learning in simultaneous education are not involved in carrying out school tasks. The disadvantages of simultaneous education are also numerous, and the lack of measures to eliminate or at least reduce it will lead to a poor-quality educational act. The teacher is, without a doubt, one of the first models of a child, as well as one of the first figures permanently invested with authority. Behavior, relationship skills, ability to get involved are therefore essential in the case of a teacher, as it has a significant impact on student development at all levels.
