Summary/Abstract: Further to the work carried out by the Constitutional Court, five decisions (exceptions/objections of unconstitutionality admitted) were published in June regarding: Law for the modification and completion of Law no. 45/2009 on the organisation and functioning of the Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences "Gheorghe Ionescu-Siscaşti" and of the research and development system in the fields of agriculture, forestry and food industry; the phrase "of a decision rendered by the High Court of Cassation and Justice in the resolution of a question of law or in the settlement of an appeal in the interest of the law" in Art. III, point 1 (with reference to Article 3(3)) of the Law amending and supplementing Law No 286/2009 on the Criminal Code and other legislation; Law amending and supplementing Law No 135/2010 on the Code of Criminal Procedure.
