The use granular information in the analysis of the requirements of the labor market

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the progress and results of the test procedure needs compe-tence polish labor market. The main task was to analyze the need for competence (skills and qualifications) reported by polish entrepreneurs. The study looked for the relationship be-tween the type of specialty, fine-tuning the competence profile and there quirked knowledge of English. The empirical material came from a study carried out in 2012 under the project „Human Capital” (third edition). The calculation was carried out with the use of cluster analysis and rough set theory, using the system RSES2.1.
