Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the results of the analysis of labour resources in the sam-ple manufacturing company. The process consisted of: scheduling, group-ing, and assessment of personnel taking into account the criteria and prefer-ences of executives. Solutions were obtained using the decision support sys-tem DSS 2.0.
