Summary/Abstract: The article presents the ranking of Polish voivodeships in terms of the use of information-telecommunication technology in enterprises in 2008-2010. In the research, there has been used multi-criteria decision support method ANP (Analytic Network Process). The used algorithm enabled the analysis of voivodeships’ positions in the ranking with regard to varying the advancement of specific areas in the ICT area.
