Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is the analysis of identity-building service company based on intangible assets. The study will examine value issues in the creation of service provider identity. It will also discuss the modeling approach to identity management and identity management tools and reputation service companies tools. The concept of value is not unequivocal and besides that it is a subjective category, which means that the same good with the same characteristics can have and most often has a different meaning for different people.
