Summary/Abstract: One of the phenomena of tourism is the participation of supporters in important international sporting events, which are a form of sports tourism, where consumption is achieved by the specific services not only sports, but also tourism. Travel of tourists to take part in such events is defined as “fantourism”. Tourism of international sport events is becoming one of more important forms of sport tourism. The article tries to show not only chosen elements of consumption in the tourism of international sport events, but also to present some determinants of this consumption, at the same time comparing the participation in the events of various sport games, that is: volleyball, basketball and football.
