Indicators of tourist function and their correlation with other economic indicators on the example of Polish economy in 2000-2010

Summary/Abstract: The main aim of this work is to present the results of the correlation between the development of tourist function (as measured by indicators of tourist function) and the evolution of a variety of macro-economic indicators characterizing Polish economy in 2000- -2010. Correlation analysis allowed to identify the relationship between the development of the tourist function, in which the estimated level based on the logistic indicator of tourist function, and a number of macroeconomic indicators. The study examined the economic categories such as unemployment rates and the accumulation of capital and the level of household consumption and investment expenditure (general and specific).
