Summary/Abstract: The obtained results confirmed that the form of presentation has a significant impact on its reception. The presentation of an offer made by a tourist guide showed its superiority over other forms in many aspects. This effect was even stronger when printed materials like flyers where available to a presenter. The only weak point of this form was the overwhelming amount of information. On the other hand, the combination of multimedia presentation and website caused information noise. One can say that the website offer should not be presented to new clients directly. They should be rather guided there by other methods, and visit the site only when they show interest. In contrast, the tourist guide presentation is effective when directed to audience that has no experience with the promoted object. In case of flyers and brochures one can say that they are the most universal solution.
