Adjustment of the offer of Kraków-Balice airport to the changes of business tourism in Krakow

Summary/Abstract: Today tourism is faced with the dynamic development of business tourism, which future is linked to the increased job mobility and new established congress centres in Poland. A key means of transportation in the group of business travellers is the air transport, that is why the level and range of services at airports are constantly improving. In this paper the changes of the MPL John Paul II Krakow-Balice airport’s offer are presented that are associated with increasingly popular services targeted at business travellers in the context of the growing passenger traffic.
