Summary/Abstract: The procedural rights of the injured legal entity in criminal proceedings have been researched. It has been established that in addition to the rights which are explicitly provided for in the Criminal Procedure Code, there are also ones for which there are no explicit provisions, but which are at the disposal of this participant in the proceedings. The issue of expanding the range of procedural rights of the injured legal entity has been analysed, and proposals for corresponding amendments to the legislation have been formulated. Relevant comparisons have been drawn between the procedural position of the injured legal entity and that of the victim.
