Summary/Abstract: The success of digitalized development of skills 'DDS' can be achieved through human resources policies that apply to identify knowledge needs 'KN' and digitalized techniques aimed at developing rigorous and effective monitoring of improvement of these skills. The 'DDS' process is today considered to be a real concern for managers in the textile and clothing industry. This is a challenge for decision-makers who aim to further improve the efficiency of this process. The article proposes to study the impact of factors enhancing the effectiveness of 'DDS' in a sample of companies in the Textile industry in Tunisia. A survey was carried out in which we administered a structured questionnaire to 50 companies. The data collected were analyzed using the linear regression method and SPSS software. The main conclusions showed that factors such as quality management system, knowledge management, professional skills and staff development have a positive impact on 'DDS'. Building a coherent skill monitoring approach consistent with the 'KN', supported by training plans 'TP' and 'DDS', can periodically generate additional needs for organizational knowledge 'OK'.
