Summary/Abstract: The hidden curriculum discovers elements which are taken by students unconsciously. Students are confronted with these elements as potential recipients of praise or reproof, and as pawns of institutional authority. However they are exposed to the elements which lay somewhere between, influenced by teachers and their ways of teaching. This sort of curriculum is in a ‘hidden way’ responsible for social behavior of youngsters, their communication and mutual interaction. There are several aspects of hidden curriculum such as implicit school’s request that must be fulfilled by students, the overall school environment which influences student’s attitudes, norms, values, habits, and stereotypes; teacher’s personality, as well as an interaction between all subjects of school’s life. There is understandable and coordinated hierarchy within schools and generally, school relationships often reproduce social relationships. Nevertheless, social experiences of students are also subordinated to the environment from which they are coming, their economic status, religion and gender, etc. Thus, there are several hidden curriculum which are supposed to be discovered in this article.
