Didactic Phd Seminars or about the Elements of Plastic Surgery

Summary/Abstract: The sketch presents a program of classes in the field of academic didactics carried out with PhD students of humanities studies. The project assumes moving between antinomic models: pedagogical and andragogical, and its documentation are the described activities and statements of the course participants. The author argues that the essence of methodical education is not to give instructions “how to teach others”, but to encourage reflection, including didactic self-reflection. The need to intensify reflection on education at the university and school levels justifies the currently disturbing social phenomena, including the increasing phenomenon of not reading.
