It covers all activities related to the maintenance and management of the non-productive assets of each company - cleaning, safety, building installations, BMS systems, CAFM systems, telecommunications, HVAC, energy efficiency, parking systems, fire safety. Facility management can have a great impact on the improvement of museums in Bulgaria.
